Finally Make Sense of Your Pain
Who This Webinar Is For
This is for people who:
Â
- Are ready to take back control of their pain
- Want clarity, not more confusion
- Are determined and capable, even if pain has paused parts of their life
- Are curious about how their body and nervous system really work
- Are done with quick fixes that don’t last
You don’t have to be an athlete. You just need to want your life back.
What You’ll Learn (3 Core Shifts)
Why pain can persist even after tissue healing
The science of how the nervous system can become overprotective — and what that means for your recovery.
The real root causes of persistent pain that most providers overlook
(and how understanding them changes everything about your progress)
How to retrain your system with confidence
Tools you can start using immediately to reduce fear, calm flare-ups, and rebuild trust in movement.
Why This Matters
Most people with persistent pain have been told things like:
“Everything looks normal.”
“Your scans don’t explain your pain.”
“Just rest.”
“It’s all in your head.”
This webinar gives you a real roadmap for recovery — based on neuroscience, clinical experience, and decades of research.
It’s not about pushing harder.
It’s about understanding your system and working with it, not against it.

You’ll learn a whole-person approach that actually works:
-
Nervous system regulation

Because persistent pain is never just about the body.
It’s about the whole system.

After visiting Dr. Orit and her team, I was always moved by their sincere spirit of helping patients. The front desk here is the warmest I have ever seen. The most important is that their treatment levels are top-notch. It's worth the hour-plus drive one way. I feel so lucky to get their treatment. I strongly recommend Pain Science Physical Therapy!!!Â

The best PT services ever!! For me, learning about pain turned out to be as important as the exercises and manipulations. I have been to several other PT practices and education about pain has never been a part of rehab. Without education, for me, pain created fear and disillusionment with what could be the slow process of recovery. Absolutely everyone whom I have worked with is exceptional in their expertise, patience and communication skills. I can now see the the goal of recovery from CRPS and a broken knee due to my ski accident thanks to Pain Science PT. I cannot thank you enough!! Â

I always leave PSPT more comfortable and smarter than when I went in. Orit and the rest of the staff are the most knowledgeable physical therapists in the area. I have been to very many. Orit doesn't just mush your muscles around or attach machines to you and tell you to do three exercises a day and you'll be fine. She teaches you how your brain processes pain and how to change the way your brain actually perceives pain. As a result of working with her, pain I have been living with my entire life is dialed down from a 10 on some days to a 0 on most days, and only 3-4 on bad days. She has given me an entirely new perspective on movement.
